RESOLUTION NO. 81-06
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT,
ORDERING SANITARY SEWER, WATER AND STORM
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS TO SERVE THE VICTORIA
TOWNHOMES AND ORDERING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR
WHEREAS, Gerald E. Frisch, the owner of the property, the preliminary
plat of which has been designated Victoria Townhomes, has heretofore
in writing petitioned the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights
requesting the construction of municipal sanitary sewer, water and
storm sewer improvements to serve the property known as Victoria
Townhomes and in said petition requested that the entire cost of
said improvements be assessed against his said property, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has heretofore submitted his written
report to the City Council in which he determined that the proposed
improvements and the construction thereof were feasible and desirable
and further reported on the proposed cost of said improvements and
construction thereof.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, as follows:
1) That the City Council hereby accepts the petition
heretofore filed with it requesting the construction
of the above-described improvements.
2) That the feasibility report of the City Engineer
be and the same is hereby received.
3) That it is advisable, feasible, expedient and
necessary that the City of Mendota Heights construct
the above-described improvements, and it is hereby
ordered that said improvements be made.
4) That the City Engineer be and is hereby authorized
to prepare plans and specifications for said improve-
ments.
5) That said improvements shall hereafter be known and
designated as Improvement No. 81, Project No. 1.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights this
3rd day of February, 1981.
