BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proposed assessment ro�ll as so cor-
rected is hereby adopted and confirmed as the proper sp�ec�ial assessment
for each of said lots, pieces and parcels of land respe�ctive.l.y, and the
assessment against each parcel, together with interest'��at the rate of
seven percent (7�) per annum accruing on the full.amoun.t thereof from
time to time unpaid, shall be a lien concurrent with gelneral taxes upon
such parcel and all thereof. The total amount of each',such.assessment
as to sanitary and storm sewers and water shall be payable in equal
annual installments extending over a period of nineteen� (19) years and
as to street, curb and gutter improvements shall be pay�able in equal
