Res 1982 - 55 Plans, Special Provisions & Specifications for the Improvement of Hwy 494State Project 1985-19897 (494+393) Fed. Project 1494-3 (159) RESOLUTION NO. 82-55` At a meeting of the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights, held on the 6th day of July, 1982, the following Resolution was offered by Councilwoman Witt, seconded by Councilman Losleben; to wit: WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation for the State of Minnesota has prepared: plans, special provisions, and specifications for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. 393, renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 494, within the corporate limits of the City of Mendota Heights at Jct. T.H. 494 & T.H. 35E, said plans and specifications addressing grading and elevations for construction of bridges identified as No.'s 19897, 19898, 19899 and 19900; and seeks the approval thereof: NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that only said plans, special provisions and specifications as submitted, for the improvement of said Trunk Highway within said corporate limits of the City, be and are hereby approved including the elevations and grades as shown and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by said construction. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that consent and approval for plans and specifications for paving, signing, and landscaping of said Trunk Highway 390 renumbered as T.H. 35E between So. Corp. limits and Jct. T.H. 110 is hereby withheld until such plans' and specifications are duly submitted at an appropriate time prior to anticipated bid letting in January, 1984. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City does hereby agree to require the parking of all vehicles, if such parking is permitted within the corporate limits of said City on said Trunk Highway, to be parallel with the curb adjacent to the highway, and at least 20 feet from any crosswalks on all public streets intersecting said trunk highway. Upon the call of the roll, the following Council members voted in ,avor of the Resolution: Mertensotto, Losleben, Witt, and the following Council members voted against the adoption of the Resolution: None: whereupon'the Acting Mayor declared the Resolution adopted.
