RESOLUTION NO. 83-93
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS AND ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING
CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER, WATER, STORM
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS TO SERVE KINGSLEY ESTATES PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT (IMPROVEMENT NO. 83, PROJECT NO. 5)
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore appproved the plans and
specifications and authorised advertisement for bids for the above
described improvements be constructed; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the proposed con-
struction of sanitary sewer, water, storm sewer improvements to serve
Kingsley Estates Planned Unit Development bids were received, opened
and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received
complying with said advertisement:

WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommended that the low bid submitted by M
& M Sewer and Water, Inc. of Burnsville, Minnesota, be accepted.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mendota Heights, Minnesota as follows:
1. That it is advisable, feasible, and necessary that the City
of Mendota Heights construct the 'above described improvements, and it
is hereby ordered that improvements be made.
2. That hereafter said improvements shall be known and desig-
nated as Improvement No. 83, Project No. 5.
3. That the bid of M & M Sewer and Water, Inc. of Burnsville,
Minnesota, submitted for the construction of the above described im-
provements be and the same is hereby accepted.
_4. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute and deliver any and all contracts and documents necessary to
consummate the awarding of said bid.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights this 18th
day of October, 1983.
