RESOLUTION NO. 85- 59
RESOLUTION DEFERRING PAYMENT OF
A PORTION OF ASSESSMENTS
(IMPROVEMENT NO. 83, PROJECT NO. 4)
WHEREAS, the City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, has calculated
the proper amount to be specially assessed for Improvement No. 83, Project No. 4,
construction of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water, street and curb and gutter
improvements; and
WHEREAS, the hearing on said assessments was duly held at 7:45 o'clock P.M. on
August 20, 1985, at the City Hall of the City of Mendota Heights, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the proposed assessment roll for said improvements was duly adopted by
the City Council on August 20, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it would be in the best interest of
the City of Mendota Heights to defer the payment of a portion of the assessments
with respect to the above referenced improvements in the following amounts and as
to the following parcels situated in Dakota County, Minnesota, to -wit:

WHEREAS, that portion of each of the above assessments indicated above as being
deferred would be deferred with the understanding that said amount, plus interest
accrued from August 20, 1985 at the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum, would
become immediately payable upon the future development of the parcel to which
said deferred assessment relates.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota
Heights, as follows:
1. That the assessment roll for Improvement No. 83, Project No. 4, be
corrected as set forth above.
