Res 1985 - 22 Ordering the Preparation of Assessment Roll for Lot H, Clapp-Thomssen Ivy Hills 2nd AdditionCity of Mendota Heights Dakota County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO. 85-22 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR LOT H, CLAPP-THOMSSEN IVY HILLS SECOND ADDITION (IMPROVEMENT NO. 84, PROJECT NO. 3) WHEREAS, contracts have heretofore been let for the construction of the following described improvement: The construction of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water service connection improvements to serve Lot H, Clapp-Thomssen Ivy Hills Second Addition (which improvements have heretofore been known and designated as Improvement No. 84, Project No. 3). and WHEREAS, the construction of said improvements has been completed. NOT THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights as follows: 1. That the total cost of the above described improvements shall be assessed against all properties benefited by said improvements. 2. That the City Clerk with the aid and assistance of the Public Works Director be and is hereby authorized and directed to prepare the separate assessment roll for the above described improvements showing the proper amount to be assessed'against each of the lots, pieces or parcels of land benefited by said improvements.
