Res 1984 - 82 Adopting a Schedule of Compensation for Certain Employees for 1985 & Establishing Certain Other BenefitsCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 84- 82 I RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF COMPENSATION FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEES FOR 1985 AND ESTABLISHING CERTAIN OTHER BENEFITS WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a grade -and -step pay system for tain full-time employees of the City; and WHEREAS, based upon recommendation of the City Administrator, Council determined the appropriate placement of each City position on a Grade, and incumbent employee on a Step; and cer- has the WHEREAS, it is alsonecessary to set salaries for certain part-time em- ployees, as well as fringe benefits for full-time employees and certain part-time employees. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mendota Heights, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That the City's maximum contribution toward health and hospitalization insurance premiums for full-time employees not covered by a labor contract shall be $155 per month for 1985. 5.
