RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO PARTICIPATE
IN THE COSTS FOR THE FRONTAGE ROAD IN CONJUNCTION WITH
YORKTON CENTRE POINTE SOUTH BUSINESSES DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Mendota Heights wishes to construct a street system to
serve a business development, Yorkton Centre Pointe South, near Lexington
Avenue and Trunk Highway 110; and
WHEREAS, it is advisable for safety and engineering reasons to build the
system in conjunction with the State of Minnesota.
NOW THEREFORE, the City of Mendota Heights hereby request the State of
Minnesota of participate in the funding of the frontage road as proposed in
.negotiations.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights this 5th day of
August, 1986.
