RESOLUTION NO. 86- 88
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR IOS PLAZA
WHEREAS, Dallas Development Company has requested a conditional use
permit for a planned unit development to construct an office building at the
intersection of Mendota Heights Road and I -35E; and
WHEREAS, said office building is located in a B -1A zoning district,
which allows for office; and
WHEREAS, the required public hearings were conducted by the Planning
Commission and the City Council.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mendota Heights, that a conditional use permit for a planned unit develop-
ment be granted to Dallas Development Company to allow the construction of a
three story office building as shown on IOS Plaza drawings 1 and 2, dated
September 11, 1986, subject to the following condition:
The landscaping plan be revised to provide more plantings adjacent to
the City trail and that revised plan to be submitted to City staff for
approval before any permits are granted.
