RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND APPROVING
FINAL PAYMENT FOR 1986 SEAL COATING .
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City of Mendota
Heights on August 20, 1986, Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. of Buffalo, Minnesota,
has satisfactorily completed the 1986 Seal Coating in accordance with such
contract.
NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mendota Heights that the work completed under said contract is hereby ac-
cepted and approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to
issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract in the amount of
$38,847.40, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights this 18th day of
November, 1986.
