Res 1989 -107 Approving a Minor Conditional Use Permit to Construct a Fence Along Rear Proprety Line on a Through LotCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS Dakota County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO. gg_ 107 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT A FENCE ALONG REAR PROPERTY LINE ON A THROUGH LOT WHEREAS, Mr. Steve Karel has made application for a Minor Conditional Use Permit to construct a fence along the rear property line on a through lot on Lot 22, Block 4, Park Place, said fence to be constructed as shown in Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, the Mendota Heights Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on August 22, 1989 to consider said application; and WHEREAS, based upon the public record transcribed on August 22, 1989 the Mendota Heights Planning Commission recommends to the Mendota Heights City Council that the requested Minor Conditional Use Permit be approved. NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that the proposed Minor Conditional Use Permit would have no adverse effect on the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the community or surrounding land; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that construction of said fence would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said Minor Conditional Use Permit to allow for construction of the fence be approved, as presented in Exhibit A, said Exhibit A being the design presented to City Council during the public hearing on September 5, 1989 and duly recorded in the public record and as presented in the site plan during public hearings on August 22, 1989 and September 5, 1989.
