RESOLUTION NO. gg-135
A RESOLUTION AMENDING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, Mendakota Country Club has made application for a
Conditional Use Permit amendment to construct accessory
structures greater than 144 square feet on 2075 Mendakota Drive,
more particularly Mendakota Country Club, said structures being a
two pumphouses and a halfway house; and
WHEREAS, The Mendota Heights Planning Commission conducted a
public hearing on November 29, 1989 to consider said application;
and
WHEREAS, based upon the public record transcribed on
November 29, 1989 the Mendota Heights Planning Commission
recommends to the Mendota Heights City Council that the requested
Conditional Use Permit amendment be approved as proposed in
application 89-42 and the letter and plans submitted at the
public hearing, said letter and plans dated November 20, 1989.
NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Mendota Heights that the proposed Conditional Use
Permit amendment would have no adverse effect on the health,
safety and general welfare of the citizens of the community or
surrounding land;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that construction of said accessory
structures would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent
of the Zoning Ordinance;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said amendment to the
Conditional Use Permit for the Planned Unit Development for
construction of said accessory structures be approved.
