RESOLUTION ORDERING TMPRU�TEMENT AND PREPARATIQN QF
PLAN� AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS AND WATER,
TO SERVE ST. PETER'S CHURCH AND ADJACENT AREAS
{IMPROVEMENT NO. 84, PROJECT NO. 2A}
Tn7HEREAS, a pub3ic hearing was held on the 4th day af June, 1991, at
8:Op o'clocl� P.M. in the City Hall of the Gity of Mendota Heights,
Minn�sota pursuant to resolution du3y adop�ed by the City Council of
the City of Mendota Heights on the que�tion of the praposed construc-
�.ion of the following described improvements:
The constructian of an extension to the City's sanitary sewer
system, including appurtenances and incidenta2s thereto, and the
acquisition of easements, and the reconstruction where necessary
of streets and easements in the area hereina�'ter more particular-
ly described.
The constructian af an extension �o the City's water distribution
system including appurtenances and incidentals thereto, and the
acquisition of easements, and the recons�ructian where ne�essary
of streets and easements in the area hereina�ter more particular-
ly described.
WHEREAS, du� publication of the notice of public hearing an said
proposed construction has been attended ta; and
WHEREAS, mailed notice of said hearing has been mailed more than 10
days before the date of' said hearing to the owners of each parcel
situated within the area proposed to be asses�ed, all in accardance
with the applicable Minnesata Statutes, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer reported that the proposed improvement and
construction thereof were feasible and desirable and �'urther reported
an the prapased casts of said a.mprovements and constructian thereaf;
and
WHEREAS, the area propased to be a�ses�ed for said improvements is
�ituated within the City o�' Mendota Heights in Dakota County, Minnesa-
�a and is more particularly described as follaws:
Church of St. Peter and surrounding cammercial properties ta the
south and west, Dakota County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council then proceeded ta hear all persons interest-
ed in said improvement and all persans were affarded an opportunity to
present their views and objections to the making af said improvements.
NOW THEREFORE, IT I5 HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the Gity
of Mendata Heights, Minnesata as fallaws:
1. That it is advisable, feasible, expedient and necessary that
the Czty of Mendota Heights construct the abave described
improvements, and it is hereby ordered that said improvement
be made.

2. That the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said im-
provement.
3. That said improvement sYiall hereafter be known and designat-
ed as Improvement No. 84, Project No. 2A.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights this 4th
day of June, 1991. �
