RESOLIITION APPROVING THE LOT DIVISION OF 2455 DELAWARE AVENUE
WHEREAS, Dr. Frederick Owens, Jr., owner of Parcel
Identification Number 27-03600-010-77, Dakota County, Minnesota,
has requested from the City of Mendota Heights to divide a 37.5
acre portion according to a survey prepared by Suburban Engineering
and dated March 17, 1981, said portions called Parcel A and Parcel

is the homestead site to be platted as a lot when Parcel A is
platted for development; and

WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said lot division and
finds the same to be in order.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, that the lot division
submitted at this meeting be and the same is hereby approved with
the following conditions:
1) The future developer of Parcel A shall include
Parcel B as an Outlot at the time of platting.
2) The property owner agrees that if Parcel B is
further developed, its use will remain as
single family residential.
3) All existing and pending assessments for local
improvements for both Parcel A and Parcel B
shall be assumed by the buyer of Parcel A and
shall be a lien against Parcel A.
BE IT FURTHER RE30LVED, this Resolution shall be filed with
the Dakota County Recorder and shall be a part of the land record
for Parcel A and Parcel B.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights this 2nd
day of July, 1991.
