NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, that the lot division submitted at this meeting be and the same is hereby approved with the following conditions: 1) The future developer of Parcel A shall include Parcel B as an Outlot at the time of platting. 2) The property owner agrees that if Parcel B is further developed, its use will remain as single family residential. 3) All existing and pending assessments for local improvements for both Parcel A and Parcel B shall be assumed by the buyer of Parcel A and shall be a lien against Parcel A. BE IT FURTHER RE30LVED, this Resolution shall be filed with the Dakota County Recorder and shall be a part of the land record for Parcel A and Parcel B.
