RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND APPROVING
FINAL PAYMENT FOR MENDOTA HEIGHTS BUSINESS PARK II(LENNO�
(IlVIPROVIIVIENT NO. 91, PROJECT NO. 3)
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City of 1Vlendota gIeights on
September 29, 1991, Ryan Contracting, Inc. of Burnsville, Minnesota, has satisfactorily com-
pleted the construction of utilities to serve Mendota Heights Business Pazk II(Lennox)
Improvement No. 91, Project No. 3) in accordance with such contract.
NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Mendota. Heights that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and
approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVFD that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed
to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract in the amount of $1,686.02
taking the contractor's receipt in full.
