TO T.H. 149) IlVII'RO`'EMENTS (IlVIPROVIIVIENT NO. 91, PROJECT NO. 4) WHEREAS, contracts have heretofore been let for the construction of the following described improvements: The construction of storm sewer, water, street, curb and gutter unprovements to serve the abutting properties along Mendota Heights Road (which improvements have heretofore been known and designated as Ymprovement No. 91 Project No. 4). and WHEREAS, the construction of said improvements has been substantially completed; and NOW TH�_RRFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLi7ED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That a public hearing on said proposed assessment roll shall be held at the Mendota Heights City Hall at 1101 Victoria Curve, in the City of Mendota. Heights, on Tuesday, Mazch 16, 1993, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. 2. �'hat the City Clerk with the aid and assistance of the City Engineer be and is hereby authorized and directed to prepare the separate assessment roll for the above described 'unprovements showing the proper amount to be assessed against each of the lots, pieces or parcels of land benefitted by said improvements � 3. That the City Clerk, with the aid and assistance of the City Attorney, is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and attend to the publication and mailing of the necessary notices of said hearing, all in accordance with the applicable Minnesota Statutes.
