RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ENGINEER'5 REPORT, ORDERING IlVIPROVIIVlENT
AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SA1vITARY SEWERS,
WATER, STORM SEWERS AND STREET CONSTRUCTION TO SFRVE
MENDOTA HEIGHTS BUSINE5S PARK 4TH ADDITION AND ADJACFN'� AREAS

�VHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted his report to the City Council with respect
to the proposed construction of the following i.mprovements to serve Mendota Heights Business
Park 4th Addition, to-wit:
�'he construction of an extension to the City's sanitary sewer system, including
appurtenances and incidentals thereto, and the acquisition of easements, and the
reconstruction where necessary of streets and easements in the area hereinafter more
particularly described.
The construction of an extension to the City's water distribution system includi.ng
appurtenances and incidentals thereto, and the acquisition of easements, and the
reconstruction where necessary of streets and easements in the area hereinafter more
particularly described.
The construction of a storm sewer system includi.ng appurtenances and incidental thereto
and the acquisition of easements, in and for the azea hereinafter more particulazly
described.
The construction of street improvements consisting of the acquisition of easements and
the grading, stabilization, drainage and bituminous surfacing, and the construction of
concrete curbs and gutters on the streets to be situated in the area hereinafter more
particularly described.
WHFREEAS, �lssociated Bureaus and United Properties, owners of the property, has
heretofore in writing petitioned the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights requesting the
above described improvements and in said petition requested that the entire cost of said
improvements be assessed agauist said property; and �
WHEREAS, the City Engineer reported that the proposed 'unprovement and construction
thereof were feasible and desirable and further reported on the proposed costs of said
improvements and construction thereof; and
� ��A5, the area proposed to be assessed for said improvements is situated witlun
the City of Nlendota �ieights in Dakota County, Minnesota and is more particularly described
as follows:

NOV6V �REFORE, IT IS HFREBY �SOI.VEI) by the City Council of the City
of Mendota Heights, Minnesota as follows:
1. That it is advisable, feasible, expedient and necessary that the City of Mendota
Heights construct the above described improvements, and it is hereby ordered that
said improvement be made.
2. That the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare
plans and specifications for said improvement.
3. That said improveanent shall hereafter be known and designated as Improvement
No. 92, Project No. 2.
