RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND AUTHORIZING ADVERTISIIVIENT FOR BIDS FOR STREET
IlVIPROVIIVIENTS TO SERVE CURLEY' S VALLEY VIEW, CURLEY' S
VALLEY VIEW REPLAT A1�TD SURROUNDING AREAS
(IlVIPROVIIVIENT NO. 93, PROJECT NO. 4)
WHEREAS, the City Engi.neer reported that the proposed improvements and
construction thereof were feasible and desirable and further reported on the proposed costs of
said improvements and construction thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore directed that the City Engineer proceed
with the preparation of plans and specifications thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepazed plans and specifications for said
improvements and has presented such plans and specifications to the City Council for
approval.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the plans and specifications for said improvements be and they are hereby
in all respects approved.
2. That the City Clerk with the aid and assistance of the City Engineer be and is
hereby authorized and directed to adverkise for bids for said improvements all in
accordance with the applicable 1Vlinnesota Statutes, such bids to be received at
the City Hall of the City of Mendota. Heights by 10:00 o'clock A.M., �esday,
March 26, 1996, at which time they will be publicly opened in the City Council
Chambers of the City Hall by the City Engineer will then be tabulated, and will
then be considered by the City Council at its next regular Council meeting.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights this 20th day of February, 1996.
