RESOLUTION NO. ;96-23
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE LIMITED
TREE REMOVAL MORATORIUM
WHEREAS, in the interest of public health, safety and welfare, the City of
Mendota Heights desires to prevent the clear-cutting of trees from any undeveloped
property in the City of Mendota Heights without prior review and consideration by the
City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights that the limited tree removal moratorium enacted by Resolution
96-12 on February 20, 1996 and scheduled at that time to expire on May 1, 1996 be
extended in all of its provisions for an additional six months and expire on September 1,
1996.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights this 16th day of April, 1996.
