A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE FOR 2350 PUEBLO DRiV�
WHEREAS, Mr. Weisenburger of 2350 Pueblo Drive has requested a rear-yard
setback variance of 4 feet to allow the construction of an addition to his house as
proposed on plans in Planning Case File No. 96-14; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission of the City of Mendota Heights reviewed
this application at their May 28, 1996, meeting; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission found that the Weisenburgers had a
practical difficulty arising from the fact that they live on a small Friendly Hills corner lot
burdened with three 30' setbacks; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted 5-0 (with two members absent) to
recommend that the City Council approve this request,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights that a four foot (4') rear yard setback variance is hereby granted,
as proposed.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights this 4th day of June, 1996.
