City of Mendota Heights Dakota County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 91 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ENGINEER'S REPORT, ORDERING IlVIPROVFMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR STREET RECONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION IMPROVIIVIENTS TO SERVE TII.SEN'S HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, TILSEN'S HIGHLAND HEIGHTS PLAT 2, AND TILSEN'S ffiGHLAND HEIGHTS PLAT 3 (JOB NO. 9612, IlVIPRO`'EIVIENT NO. 96, PROJECT NO. 4) WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the 19th da.y of November, 1996, at 8:00 o'clock P.M, or as soon as possible thereafter, in the City Hall of the City of Mendota Heights, Minnesota pursuant to resolution duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights on the question of the proposed construction of the following described 'unprovements: The construction of street improvements consisting of the acquisition of easements and the grading, stabilization, drainage and bituminous surfacing, construction of concrete curbs and gutters and storm pipes on the streets to be situated in the area hereinafter more particularly described. WHEREAS, due publication of the notice of public hearing on said proposed construction has been attended to; and WHEREAS, mailed notice of said hearing has been mailed more than 10 days before the date of said hearing to the owners of each parcel situated within the area proposed to be assessed, all in accordance with the applicable Minnesota Statutes, and WHEREAS, the City Engineer reported that the proposed improvement and construction thereof were economically feasible, desirable and further reported on the proposed costs of said improvements and constniction thereof; and WHEREA5, the area proposed to be assessed for said improvements is situated within the City of Mendota Heights in Dakota County, Minnesota and is more particularly described as follows: Those parcels abutting Caren Court, Caren Road, Douglas Court, Douglas Road, 7ames Court, James Road, Lilac Lane, and Vicki Lane. W�REAS, the City Council then proceeded to hear all persons interested in said improvement and all gersons were afforded an opportunity to present their views and objections to the making of said 'unprovements.
