Res 1998 - 21 Approving a Conditional Use Permit to Amend the Pud for Mendakota Country ClubCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 9821 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO AMEND THE PUD FOR MENDAKOTA COUNTRY CLUB WHEREAS, Mr. Bob McKinney, Superintendent of Mendakota Country Club has applied for a Conditional Use Permit to amend the Planned Unit Development for Mendakota Country Club to allow a 12' fence as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case No. 98-08; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission of the City of Mendota Heights held a public hearing on this application at their March 24, 1998 meeting; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted 5-0 on March 24, 1998 to recommend that the City Council approve this application, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a Conditional Use Permit to amend the Planned Unit Development for Mendakota Country Club to allow a 12 foot fence as proposed on plans in Planning Case File #98-08 is hereby granted on the condition that the Country Club maintain the fence in good condition. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that this approval only pertains to the fence specified in this Resolution and does not mean approval of any other application before the City of Mendota Heights from Mendakota Country Club, Walgreens, or any other entity. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that this approved Conditional Use Permit to amend a Planned Unit Development to allow the construction of a fence as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case No. 98- 08 under the above condition would not have an adverse impact on the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
