Res 1998 - 30 Approving a Minor Amendment to the Planned Unit Development for Mendota Technology CenterCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 98 -moo A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR MENDOTA TECHNOLOGY CENTER WHEREAS, Mr. Dale Glowa of United Properties has applied for a minor amendment to the Planned Unit Development for Mendota Technology Center (planning Case File Number 97-45), including the following: 1. building permit authorization for a three story building for Phase II of the Planned Unit Development instead of a two-story building as originally approved 2. building permit authorization for the creation of additional parking to accommodate the additional story of the Phase II building as mentioned above 3. preliminary plat and final plat approval to adjust the lot line to accommodate the additional parking as mentioned above WHEREAS, The City Council has determined that such changes constitute a minor amendment to the approved Planned Unit Development, NOW, 'THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a minor amendment to the Planned Unit Development for Mendota Technology Center as proposed on plans and materials submitted to the Council for their May 19, 1998 meeting and as presented by the applicant on the evening of May 19, 1998 is hereby approved, including the following: 1. building permit authorization for a three story building for Phase II of the Planned Unit Development instead of a two-story building as originally approved 2. building permit authorization for the creation of additional parking to accommodate the additional story of the Phase II building as mentioned above 3. preliminary plat and final plat approval to adjust the lot line to accommodate the additional parking as mentioned above BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that this approved Minor Amendment to the Planned Unit Development for Mendota Technology Center as proposed on plans and materials submitted to the Council for their May 19, 1998 meeting and as presented by the applicant on the evening of May 19, 1998 would not have an adverse impact on the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance. • Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights this 19th day of May, 1998.
