Res 1998 - 35 Approving a Minor Amendment to Phase III of the Planned Unit Development for Mendota Technology CenterCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 98- A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR AMENDMENT TO PHASE III OF THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR MENDOTA TECHNOLOGY CENTER WHEREAS, Mr. Dale Glowa of United Properties has applied for a minor amendment to the Planned Unit Development for Mendota Technology Center (planning Case File Number 97- 45), including building permit authorization for a single office building for Phase III of the Planned Unit Development instead of two office -showroom buildings as originally approved, and WHEREAS, The City Council has determined that such changes constitute a minor amendment to the approved Planned Unit Development, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a minor amendment to the Planned Unit Development for Mendota Technology Center as proposed on plans and materials submitted to the Council for their June 16, 1998 meeting and as presented by the applicant on the evening of June 16, 1998 is hereby approved, including the following: 1. building permit authorization for a single office building for Phase III of the Planned Unit Development instead of a two office -showroom buildings as originally approved 2. building permit authorization for the parking to be within five feet of the side lot line as presented on June 16, 1998. 3. sign permit approval for a sign to be 20' from the front lot line, provided that it conforms to the Zoning Ordinance in all other respects. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that this approved Minor Amendment to the Planned Unit Development for Mendota Technology Center as proposed on plans and materials submitted to the Council for their June 16, 1998 meeting and as presented by the applicant on the evening of June 16, 1998 would not have an adverse impact on the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
