RESOLUTION NO. 98-44
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND APPROVING
FINAL PAYMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. 97, PROJECT NO. 2
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City of Mendota Heights on
August 1, 1997, Daily and Son Blacktopping, Inc. of Newport Heights, Minnesota, has
satisfactorily completed the Mendota Heights Road Trail Improvements (Improvement No. 97,
Project No. 2) in accordance with such contract.
NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Mendota Heights that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to
issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract in the amount of $1,828.61 taking the
contractor's receipt in full.
