modifications to a Wetlands Pernut allowing a home� addition to be constructed to within
66.7 feet of Lake Lemay, all as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case No. 96-27; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota
Heights that the above modification to the conditioris of the Wetlands Permit allowing a
home addition to be constructed, all as proposed ori plans on file in Planning Case No. 96-
27 will have no adverse impact on the health, safety� or general welfare of the citizens of
the community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose
and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
