Res 1998 - 83 Approving a Wetlands Permit for a Home Addition at 1527 Vandall StreetCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 98- 83 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WETLANDS PERMIT FOR A HOME ADDITION AT 1527 VANDALL STREET WHEREAS, Mr. Jeff. L. Closemore of 1527 Vandall Street has applied for a Wetlands Permit for a 30' x 12' addition to the rear of his home, as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case No. 98-34; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission of the City of Mendota. Heights discussed this application at their regular meeting on October 27, 1998; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application at their October 27, 1998 meeting; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted 6-0 (with one Commissioner absent) on October 27, 1998 to recommend that the City Council approve this application under certain conditions, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Mendota Heights that a Wetlands Permit for a 30' x 12' addition to the rear of the home at 1527 Vandall Street, as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case No. 98-34 is hereby approved under the following conditions: 1. That the addition be built at least 3 feet above the highest known water level 2. That all engineering and construction requirements are met , BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota. Heights that this approved Wetlands Permit for a 30' x 12' addition to the rear of the home at 1527 Vandall Street, as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case No. 98-34 under the above conditions would not have an adverse impact on the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
