Res 1997 - 19 Granting a Conditional Use Permit for a Detached Double Garage at 1060 View LaneCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RE50LUTION NO. 97-19 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A DETACHED DOUBLE GARAGE AT 1060 VIEW LANE WHEREAS, Mr. Skemp has requested a Conditional Use Permit allowing the construction of a detached double garage at 1060 View Lane as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case No. 97-06; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission of the City of Mendota Heights met to discuss this application at their April 29, 1997 meeting; and W�REAS, The Planning Commission voted 7-0 on Apri129, 1997 to recommend that the City Council approve this application, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a Conditional Use Pernut allowing the construction of a detached double garage at 1060 View Lane as proposed in plans on file in Planning Case No. 97-06 is hereby granted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that the proposed Conditional Use Permit allowing a detached double garage at 1060 View Lane as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case No. 97-02 will have no adverse impact on the health, safety or general welfare of the citizens of the community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
