Res 1997 - 44 Approving a 2' Height Variance & a Modified Critical Area Permit for 1936 Glen Hill Road for a FenceCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 97-��44 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 2' HEIGHT VARIANCE AND A MODIFIED CRITICAL AREA PERMIT FOR 1936 GLEN HILL ROAD FOR A FENCE WHEREAS, Mr. Phil Bifulk of 1936 Glen Hill Road has requested a variance and a modified Critical Area Permit for a fence, as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case No. 97-26; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission of the City of Mendota Heights held a public hearing on this application at their July 29, 1997 meeting; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted 5-0 (with one Commissioner absent and one Commissioner in abstention) on July 29, 1997 to recommend that the City Council approve this application, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota. Heights that a 2' height variance and a modified Critical Area Permit for a fence, as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case No. 97-26 is hereby granted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that the proposed variance and Modified Critical Area Permit for a fence, as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case No. 97-26 will have no adverse impact on the health, safety or general welfare of the citizens of the cornmunity and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
