A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FOUR FOOT FRONT YARD SETBACK
VARIANCE FOR A GARAGE ADDITION AT 804 PARK PLACE DRIVE
WHEREAS, Mr. Tom Ademite has applied for a four foot front yard setback
variance for a garage addition at 804 Park Place Drive as proposed on plans on file in
Planning Case No. 99-08; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission of the City of Mendota Heights held a
public hearing on this application at their regular meeting on March 23, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights that a four foot front yard setback vaziance for a garage addition
at 804 Park Place Drive as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case No. 99-08 is
hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota
Heights that this four foot front yard setback variance for a gazage addition at 804 Pazk
Place Drive as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case No. 99-08 would not have an
adverse impact on the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the community
and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of
the Zoning Ordinance.
