RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR
STREET GRADING, SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN,
STORM SEWER, AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS TO SERVE
THE AREA REFERRED TO AS GLEN TORO SECOND ADDITION
(JOB NO. 9808, IMPROVEMENT NO. 98, PROJECT NO. 3)
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the proposed construction of
Street Grading, Sanitary Sewer, Watermain, Storm Sewer, Street Construction and appurtenant
work to serve the area referred to as Glen Toro Second Addition (Job No. 9808, Improvement
No. 98, Project No. 3), bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to law and the
following bids were received complying with said advertisement:

and

WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommended that the low bid submitted Municipal
Contracting Services, Faribault, Minnesota, be accepted.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mendota Heights, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the bids for the above project are hereby received and accepted.
2. That the bid of Municipal Contracting Services, Faribault, Minnesota,
submitted for the construction of the above described improvements be and
the same is hereby accepted.
3. That the contract be awarded to Municipal Contracting Services,
Faribault, Minnesota, and that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute and deliver any and all contractors and documents
necessary to consummate the awarding of said bids.
