Res 1999 - 19 Approving a 6.5 Front Yard Setback Variance for a Garage Addition at 1084 Avanti DrCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 99-19 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 6.5 FRONT YARD SETBACK VARIANCE FOR A GARAGE ADDITION AT 1084 AVANTI DRIVE WHEREAS, Mr. Will Salz of 1084 Avanti Drive has applied for a 6.5 foot front yard setback variance for a garage addition as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case No. 99-12; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission of the City of Mendota Heights discussed this application at their regular meeting on Apri127, 1999; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted 7-0 on Apri127, 1999 to recommend that the City Council approve this application, NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a 6.5 foot front yard setback variance for a garage addition as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case No. 99-12 and building permit authorization is hereby approved: BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that this approved 6.5 foot front yard setback variance for a garage addition as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case No. 99-12 would not have an adverse impact on the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
