A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE UNCOMBINING OF TWO SEPARATE
PLATTED LOTS AT 1069 DOUGLAS ROAD
FOR HOMESTEAD AND TAX PURPOSES
WHEREAS, Ms. Andrewson's property currently consists of two separate platted
lots (Lots 3 and 4, Tilsen Highland Heights Part 3) which are homesteaded together for
t� purposes and which are assigned a single PIN number (PIN 27-76402-040-03), and
WHEREAS, Ms. Andrewson is now interested in selling the buildable vacant lot,
and needs to "un-combine" the two lots for tax and development purposes, and
WHEREAS, The Dakota County Treasurer's office requires a Resolution from
the City to separate the two lots and assign them two PIN numbers, and
WHEREAS, These are already two separate platted parcels which conform to the
City's current lot standards,
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights that the City allows Dakota County to separate these two lots
for homesteading and tax purposes and to assign them separate PIN numbers on the
following conditions:
1. That the owner of the vacant lot pay the $750 park dedication fee prior to separation
of the two lots.
2. �That the owner of the vacant lot pay $3,700 plus interest to cover the per lot cost of
the street reconstruction project completed in 1997.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights this 6th day of July, 1999.
