RESOLUTION NO. 99-40
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that the street
hereinafter described should be designated Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of
Minnesota Law.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Mendota
Heights that the road described as follows, to-wit:
CSAH 31: Beginning at the intersection of Truck Highway 13 in Sections 33
and 34, T28N, R23W and continuing north through Sections 27 and 28, T28N,
R23 W to a point approximately 665 feet north of the southwest corner of
Section 27, T28N, R23W, thence continuing easterly approximately 0.20
mile to TH 55 and there terminating in the City of Mendota Heights
be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said City,
subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his
consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that
same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of
Mendota Heights to be known as Pilot Knob Road/Acacia Boulevard.
