Res 1999 - 43 Approving a Wetlands Permit for Additional Parking for Convent of the VisitationCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 99- 43 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WETLANDS PERMIT FOR ADDITIONAL PARKING FOR CONVENT OF THE VISITATION WHEREAS, Mr. Gary Ostberg has applied on behalf of Visitation School for a Wetlands Permit for additional parking as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case File No. 99-23; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application at their regulaz meeting on July 27, 1999 and there was no one present to speak at the public hearing, and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission recommended 7-0 that the Councii approve this application as presented under certain conditions, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a Wetlands Permit for additional parking as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case File No. 99-23 is hereby granted under the following conditions: 1. that the stormwater flow from the parking lot not be concenirated, 2. and that the parking lot not have curb BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that this Wetlands Permit for additional parking as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case File No. 99-23 under the above conditions would not have an adverse impact on the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of t�e Zoning Ordinance.
