Res 1999 - 44 Approving a 10-Foot Front Yard Setback Variance for a Home Addition for 646 Brookside LnCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 99- 44, A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 10 FOOT FRONT YARD SETBACK VARIANCE FOR A HOME ADDITION FOR 646 BROOKSIDE LANE WHEREAS, Mr. Robert Krueger has applied for a 10 foot front yard setback variance for a home addition as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case File No. 99- 24; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission discussed this application at their regular meeting on July 27, 1999, and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission recommended 7-0 that the Council approve this application as presented; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a 10 foot front yard setback variance for a home addition as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case File No. 99-24 is hereby granted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that this 10 foot front yard setback variance for a home addition as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case File No. 99-24 would not have an adverse impact on the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
