RESOLUTION 99-45�
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A COMPREHENSIVE SIGN PLAN
FOR CENTRE POINTE BUSINESS PARK OF ROSEVILLE PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, Mr. Mark Rancone has submitted a Comprehensive Sign Plan for
Centre Pointe Business Park at Highway 110 and Lexington Avenue as proposed on plans
on file in Planning Case File No. 99-25; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application
at their regular meeting on July 27, 1999, and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission recommended 6-1 that the Council
approve this application as presented with certain conditions,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights that a Comprehensive Sign Plan for Centre Pointe Business
Park at Highway 110 and Lexington Avenue as proposed on plans on file in Planning
Case File No. 99-25 per Section 21.5(13)c of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby approved
on the following conditions:
1. that the signs be at least one foot from the property lines.
2. that the signs be turned off at 10 p.m. at night
3. that the signs be no brighter than the signs at City Hall.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of �Vlendota
Heights that this Comprehensive Sign Plan for Centre Pointe Business Park at Highway
110 and Lexington Avenue as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case File No. 99-25
under the above conditions would not have an adverse impact on the health, safety and
general welfare of the citizens of the community and the surrounding land, and wou�d not
be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
