Res 1999 - 56 Approving a Conditional Use Permit for Land Reclamation for Centre Pointe Business Park of Roseville PropertiesCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 99-56 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR LAND RECLAMATION FOR CENTRE POINTE BUSINESS PARK OF ROSEVILLE PROPERTIES WHEREAS, Mr. Mark Rancone has applied for a Conditional Use Permit for Land Reclamation for Centre Pointe Business Park at Highway 110 and Lexington Avenue as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case File No. 99-27; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application at their regular meeting on August 24, 1999, and WHEREAS, There was no-one present to speak at the public hearing, and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission recommended 6-0 with on Commissioner excused that the Council approve this application as presented with certain conditions, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a Conditional Use Permit for Land Reclamation for Centre Pointe Business Pazk at Highway 110 and Lexington Avenue as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case File No. 99-27 is hereby approved on the following conditions: ' �a 3. 4. A final grading plan be submitted showing the location of silt fencing on the site. The preliminary and final grading, drainage and erosion control plans are reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. The City's policy for hours of operation be followed. � For the remainder of the construction the truck entrance be from the northwest. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that this Comprehensive Sign Plan for Centre Pointe Business Park at Highway 110 and Lexington Avenue as proposed on plans on file in Planning Case File No. 99-27 under the above conditions would not have an adverse impact on the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
