Res 1999 - 88 Adopting a Schedule of Compensation for Certain Employees for 1999 & Establishing Certain Other Benefits� CITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS Dakota County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO. 99- 88 RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF COMPENSATION FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEES FOR 1999 AND ESTABLISHING CERTAIN OTI�R BENEFITS WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a grade-and-step pay system for certain full-time employees of the City; and WI�REAS, based upon recommendation of the City Administrator, Council has determined the appropriate placement of each City position in a Grade, and the incumbent employee in a Step; and WHEREAS, it is also necessary to set salaries for certain part-time employees, as well as fringe benefits for full-time employees. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights, Minnesota as follows: 1. That the following hourly rate of pay for volunteer firefighters be implemented effective 7anuary 1, 2000: 0 - 1 years 1 - 5 years 5 years and over Captain Assistant Fire Chief Fire Chief Detail duty rate $6.75 7.50 8.00 9.00 10.00** 10.00** 7.25 **Hourly compensation for fire calls, training and drills. 4. That the city's maximum contribution towaxd insurance premiums for full-time employees not covered by a labor contract shall be $421.00 per month for 2000.
