RESOLUTION O1-16
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEN-FOOT FRONT YARD
SETBACK VARIANCE FOR 1155 NORTHLAND DRIVE
WHEREAS, Mr. Richard Cress of CSC Publishing has applied for a 10-Foot
Front Yard Setback Variance for an office building at 1155 Northland Drive as proposed
in Planning Case #01-03; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application
at their regular meeting on March 27, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights that a 10-Foot Front Yard Setback Variance for an office
building at 1155 Northland Drive as proposed in Planning Case #01-03 is hereby
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota
Heights that this 10-Foot Front Yard Setback Variance for an office building at 1155
Northland Drive as proposed in Planning Case #O1-03 would not have an adverse impact
on the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the
surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the
Zoning Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota
Heights that the Code Enforcement Officer is hereby authorized to issue a Building
Permit upon verification of compliance with all applicable codes.
