RESOLUTION 01-19
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION APPLICATION
FOR A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN 1825 WARRIOR DRIVE
AND 610 CALLAHAN PLACE
WHEREAS, Mr. James Pirkl of 1825 Warrior Drive has applied for a
Subdivision to create Parcels A, B, and C and combine Parcel C with Parcel A as
proposed in Planning Case #O1-OS and shown on attached Loucks McLagan survey dated
March 2001; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application
at their regular meeting on Apri124, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights that a Subdivision to create Parcels A, B, and C as proposed in
Planning Case #O1-OS is hereby approved subject to Parcel C being combined with Parcel
A to create one lot and subject to any and all easements required by the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution together
with the attached survey be filed of record with Dakota County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota
Heights that this Subdivision as proposed in Planning Case #O1-OS would not have an
adverse impact on the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the community
and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of
the Zoning Ordinance.
