Res 2001 - 32 Approving a Conditional Use Permit for a Detached Garage at 2251 Dodd RdCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION O1-32 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A DETACHED GARAGE AT 2251 DODD ROAD WHEREAS, John and Pamela Korman at 2251 Dodd Road has applied for a Conditional Use Permit for a detached garage as proposed in Planning Case #01-12; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application at their regular meeting on May 22, 2001; and VV�-IEREAS, The Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend that the Council approve this application; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a Conditional Use Permit for a detached garage as proposed in Planning Case #01-12 is hereby approved on the following condition: 1. That the new garage match the trim of the house in color. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that this Conditional Use Permit for a detached garage as proposed in Planning Case #01-12 would not have an adverse impact on the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
