Res 2001 - 34 Approving a Minor Amendment to the Planned Unit Development for Mendota Technology Center Phase IVCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO.Ol-34 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR MENDOTA TECHNOLOGY CENTER PHASE IV WHEREAS, Mr. Dale Glowa of United Properties, has applied for a minor amendment to the Planned Unit Development for Mendota Technology Center for the Phase IV building (Planning Case File Number 97-45), and WHEREAS, The City Council has determined that such changes constitute a minor amendment to the approved Planned Unit Development, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City Of Mendota Heights that a minor amendment to the Planned Unit Development for Mendota Technology Center for Phase IV as proposed on plans and materials submitted to the Council for their June 19, 2001 meeting and as presented by the applicant on the evening of June 19, 2001 is hereby approved, including the following: 1. Brick screen walls to hide mechanical equipment on the east and west sides of building (labeled #27 and #30 on the attached site plan). The walls will match the existing exterior of the building. 2. �j A 26-foot tall white liquid nitrogen tank enclosed by an 8-foot tall cyclone fence at the north side of the loading dock (labeled #6 on the attached site plan). The tank will result in the loss of two parking spaces. A brick shelter with a roof and glass windows for smoking employees (labeled #29 onthe attached site plan). 'The brick will match the existing exterior of the building. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that this approved Minor Amendment to the Planned Unit Development for Mendota Technology Center Phase III as proposed on plans and materials submitted to the Council for their June 20, 2000 meeting and as presented by the applicant on the evening of June 20, 2000 would not have the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
