Res 2001 - 36 Approving a Three-Foot Height Variance for a Fence at 795 Creek AveCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 01-36 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A THREE-FOOT HEIGHT VARIANCE FOR A FENCE AT 795 CREEK AVENUE WHEREAS, Michael J. Meents has applied for a Three-Foot Height Variance for a Fence at 795 Creek Avenue as proposed in Planning Case #01-15; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application at their regular meeting on June 26, 2001; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted 5-0 (with two Commissioners absent) to recommend that the Council approve this application; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a Three-Foot Height Variance for a Fence at 795 Creek Avenue as proposed in Planning Case #01-1 S is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that this Three-Foot Height Variance for a Fence at 795 Creek Avenue as proposed in Planning Case #01-15 would not have an adverse impact on the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
