RESOLUTION 01-37
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR
OFF-SITE PARKING AT CENTRE POINTE BOULEVARD
AND CENTRE POINTE DRIVE
WHEREAS, Roseville Properties has applied for a Conditional Use Permit for
off-site parking on the vacant parcel at Centre Pointe Boulevard and Centre Pointe Drive
as proposed in Planning Case #01-16; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application
at their regular meeting on June 26, 2001; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted 5-0 (with two Commissioners
absent) to recommend that the Council approve this application;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights that a Conditional Use Permit for off-site parking at Centre
Pointe Boulevard and Centre Pointe Drive as proposed in Planning Case #O1-16 is hereby
approved on the following conditions:
l. Roseville Properties shall provide three additio�al handicapped parking stalls, or
the number required by ADA regulations, whichever is greater.
2. City engineering staff shall review and approve the parking lot plan for storm
water considerations.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota
Heights that this Conditional Use Permit for off-site parking at Centre Pointe Boulevard
and Centre Pointe Drive as proposed in Planning Case #01-16 would not have an adverse
impact on the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the
surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the
Zoning Ordinance.
