Res 2000 - 39 Approving a Conditional Use Permit & a 16-Foot Front Yard Setback Variance for a Detached Garage at 1603 Dodd RdCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 00-39 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND A 16 FOOT FRONT YARD SETBACK VARIANCE FOR A DETACHED GARAGE AT 1603 DODD ROAD WHEREAS, Mr. Chad Langston of 1603 Dodd Road has applied for a Conditional Use Permit and a 16' Front Yard Setback Variance for a 748 square foot detached garage at 1603 Dodd Road as proposed in Planning Case #00-17; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission discussed this application at their regular meeting on April 25, 2000 and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted 6-0 (with one Commissioner excused from the meeting) to recommend that the Council approve this application, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a Conditional Use Permit and a 16' Front Yard Setback, Variance for a 748 square foot detached garage at 1603 Dodd Road as proposed in Planning Case #00-17 is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that this Conditional Use Permit and a 16' Front Yard Setback Variance for a 748 square foot detached garage at 1603 Dodd Road as proposed in Planning Case #00-17 would not have an adverse impact on the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
