Res 2000 - 49 Approving a Wetlands Permit for a Pool & Fence at 617 Hampshire DrCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 00-49 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WETLANDS PERMIT FOR A POOL AND FENCE AT 617 HAMPSHIRE DRIVE WHEREAS, Mr. Scott Foley of 617 Hampshire Drive has applied for a Wetlands Permit for a pool and a fence to allow the fence to be 23' from the wetland and the pool to be 62' from the wetland as proposed in Planning Case #00-20; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission discussed this application at their regular meeting on May 23, 2000 and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted 6-0 (with one Commissioner excused from the meeting) to recommend that the Council approve this application, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a Wetlands Permit for a pool and a fence to allow the fence to be 23' from the wetland and the pool to be 62' from the wetland as proposed in Planning Case #00-20 is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that this Wetlands Permit for a pool and a fence to allow the fence to be 23' from the wetland and the pool to be 62' from the wetland as proposed in Planning Case #00-20 would not have an adverse impact on the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
