Res 2000 - 52 Approving a Minor Amendment to the Planned Unit Development for Mendota Technology Center Phase IVCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 00-52 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR MENDOTA TECHNOLOGY CENTER PHASE IV WHEREAS, Mr. Dale Glowa and Mr. Tony Kuechle of United Properties, have applied for a minor amendment to the Planned Unit Development for Mendota Technology Center for the Phase IV building (Planning Case File Number 97-24), including the following: 1. Change from a "U" shaped office/showroom building to a "Y" shaped pure finished office building for Lot 3, Block 1 MENDOTA TECHNOLOGY CENTER, according to the recorded plat thereof, Dakota County, Except the East 20.00 feet of said Lot 3, as shown on materials submitted by United Properties to Council for their June 20, 2000 meeting. 2. Building permit authorization for the building for Phase IV of the Planned Unit Development WHEREAS, The City Council has determined that such changes constitute a minor amendment to the approved Planned Unit Development, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a minor amendment to the Planned Unit Development for Mendota Technology Center for Phase IV as proposed on plans and materials submitted to the Council for their June 20, 2000 meeting and as presented by the applicant on the evening of June 20, 2000 is hereby approved, including the following: 1. Change from a "U" shaped office/showroom building to a "Y" shaped pure finished office building for Lot 3, Block 1 MENDOTA TECHNOLOGY CENTER, according to the recorded plat thereof, Dakota County, Except the East 20.00 feet of said Lot 3, as shown on materials submitted by United Properties to Council for their June 20, 2000 meeting. 2. Building permit authorization for the building for Phase IV of the Planned Unit Development BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above approvals are based upon the following condition: 1. That United Properties file cross -easements for access and parking between all applicable parcels within the Mendota Technology Center development. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that this approved Minor Amendment to the Planned Unit Development for Mendota Technology Center Phase III as proposed on plans and materials submitted to the Council for their June 20, 2000 meeting and as presented by the applicant on the evening of June 20, 2000 would not have an adverse impact on the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
