Res 2001 - 49 Approving a Conditional Use Permit for a Pool House for David Jessen of 869 Bluff CircleCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 01-49 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A POOL HOUSE FOR DAVID JESSEN OF 869 BLUFF CIRCLE WHEREAS, David Jessen of 869 Bluff Circle have applied for a Conditional Use Permit for a pool house as proposed in Planning Case #00-21; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application at their regular meeting on August 28, 2001; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted 6-0 to recommend that the Council approve the Conditional Use Permit for the pool house for 869 Bluff Circle. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a Conditional Use Permit for a pool house for David Jessen of 869 Bluff Circle as proposed in Planning Case #00-21 is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Conditional Use Permit for a Pool house for David Jessen of 869 Bluff Circle as proposed in Planning Case #00-21 would not have an adverse impact on the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance. Mertensotto, Mayor EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF CITY COUNCIL OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS A MEETING OF THE THE CITY OF MINNESOTA HELD: May 2, 2000 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights, Dakota County, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said, City on Tuesday, the 2nd day of May, 2000, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose, in part, of considering bids for, and awarding the sale of, $1,935,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds of 2000 of the City. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Huber, Dwyer, Schneeman and the following were absent: Mertensotto, Krebsbach The Clerk presented affidavits showing publication of notice of call for bids on $1,935,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds of 2000 of the City, for which bids were to be received at this meeting, in accordance with the resolution adopted by the City Council on March 21, 2000. The affidavits were examined, were found to comply with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 475, and were approved and ordered placed on file. The Council proceeded to receive and open bids for the sale of the Bonds.
