Res 2001 - 63 Denying a Conditional Use Permit & Denying Variances for a Detached Garage for Scott & Marsha Spatafore of 1070 Chippewa AveCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 01-63 A RESOLUTION DENYING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND DENYING VARIANCES FOR A DETACHED GARAGE FOR SCOTT AND MARSHA SPATAFORE OF 1070 CHIPPEWA AVENUE WHEREAS, Scott and Marsha Spatafore of 1070 Chippewa Avenue have applied for a Conditional Use Permit and Variances for a Detached Garage as proposed in Planning Case #01-18; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application at their regular meeting on July 31, 2001; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted 6-1 to recommend that the Council deny the Variances for the detached garage for 1070 Chippewa Avenue; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a Conditional Use Permit and Variances for a Detached Garage for Scott and Marsha Spatafore of 1070 Chippewa Avenue as proposed in Planning Case #01-18 is hereby denied. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that the Conditional Use Permit and Variances for a Detached Garage for 1070 Chippewa Avenue as proposed in Planning Case #01-18 would be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
